Guest Experience Associate

About the Role

Race Club Boise is hiring an Associate to help deliver an unforgettable racing experience in our premium simulator lounge. This role blends guest interaction, simulator setup, and basic social media support — ideal for someone who enjoys cars, gaming, and connecting with people.

Compensation

💰 $15 per hour

🎮 Free simulator sessions + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for simulator sessions and events

• Assist racers with setup, simulator operation, and gameplay guidance

• Maintain lounge cleanliness, organization, and simulator readiness

• Capture and post short clips or photos to Race Club’s social media using pre-approved templates in Canva

• Technically savvy with Computer and IT systems

• Process bookings, memberships, and retail sales

• Contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere that reflects the Race Club brand

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

• Comfortable using Canva and mobile devices for light social media posting

• Tech-friendly and eager to learn racing simulator systems

• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

• Weekend and evening availability required

• Interest in racing, gaming, or entertainment is a major plus

Saturday — 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
